Lipitor Plaintiffs Petition for Federal Case Consolidation

Five plaintiffs seeking compensatory damages in three different federal lawsuits have filed the motion to consolidate all the federal Lipitor injury lawsuits, online sources say. The motion for a Lipitor multidistrict litigation action was petitioned in the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation at the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, according court news reports.
